The tea rooms open at 9am every morning offering breakfast, brunch and an all day menu including afternoon tea.
When the tea rooms close at 5:30pm, the 'Upstairs at the Mill' restaurant opens on the first floor in the mill tower.
The Windmill will have a calendar of tasting events, ranging from Charcuterie and whisky pairings, presented by Glennfiddich, to Cheese and whisky presented by Dalwhinnie, along with Gin tastings and selected spirits features.
Your host George Catterall is a wine sommelier - trained and qualified in Zurich, Switzerland - and is also a published author of the book Cheese & Wine Pairings.
George will be presenting regular Champagne Cheese & Wine tastings.
